Sangita is an entrepreneur, communication and transformation coach, educator, Toastmaster, and Keynote Speaker. Sangita has rich experience in enabling significant transformations in diverse clientele and client systems.
Her coaching niche areas include mindfulness, communication, the discovery of inner strength, and building confidence. She has also held multiple leadership roles in Toastmaster International across, India, Saudi Arabia and Singapore.

Anindya has nearly 3 decades of corporate experience across FMCG, & Healthcare industries. He has helmed learning and commercial enablement leadership roles in Nestle, Bausch+Lomb, Cavinkare, MSD, Cipla, and Baxter International.
Anindya’s expertise designing learning academies, capability building architecture and processes, dynamic assessments of skills and capabilities for large scale workforces, design of competency frameworks, and design of whole system OD interventions.
An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, Anindya is an avid and passionate executive coach.
