Presentations are not just about power points. Whether we like it or not we are presenting all the time. Be it introducing self to a significant other, making a sales pitch to a client, addressing a large audience, delivering an elevator pitch to a senior executive or key stakeholder, or raising a toast at an informal gathering. Each of these occasions are opportunities to create impressions and build one’s personal brand and network.

“Inspire & Influence with Powerful Presentations” is an application-based learning journey, which equips participants with cutting edge concepts, tools, and techniques to create and deliver world class presentations. The program is targeted at building advanced presentation skills and appropriate for executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, teachers, and lecturers etc. who are looking at significantly enhancing their skills to influence and impact through powerful presentations. Often the biggest roadblock to delivering powerful presentations is not the lack of presentation skills. It is the lack of confidence and self-doubts that are very often the factors that are holding the presenters from reaching their fullest potential. This is exactly, the reason why, unlike conventional programs on presentation skills,

here the journey starts with a discovery phase wherein participants gain awareness of personality attributes those could potentially augment or hinder their natural flow of presentations. The discovery process is enabled through curated psychometric instruments and Xaltem bespoke introspection facilitation templates. The participants will also be eligible for a one-on-one debrief call with a Xaltem facilitator to understand the implications of the scores in the context of presentation skills. The next phase of the learning is a combination of in person and virtual live sessions led by a master facilitator from Xaltem. The participants are exposed to the proprietary Xaltem framework to build on each of the building blocks of world class presentations with lots of practice opportunities and feedback. Some of the highlights of the learning include how to leverage the power of storytelling, building authentic and impactful body language and techniques to build engagement and connect in in-person and virtual presentations.

One of the key advantages of the design of the program is the learning from application and peers. The participants are required to work on a real presentation incorporating the learning from the program. As they progress through the learning journey there are designated application pit stops wherein the participants share and present their work to the group and receive feedback. The final phase of the journey consists of delivering the presentation virtually and in-person and receive feedback from the facilitator and peer learners. Participants will be eligible for certification after completion of the required learning credits and milestones at the end of the program. Participants can also optionally avail for services from Xaltem coaches to help them accelerate their development journeys. Xaltem can also offer the program with required customization on demand for specific organizations.
