How leaders are able to design the organizational elements to drive intra and inter team communication, collaboration and a high-performance culture could not only be critical for organizational success but can potentially be a source of distinctive competitive advantage.

“Leading Organisations – Inspirational Leadership” is designed as an immersive leadership acceleration journey to enable participants in deep introspection, self-discovery and mindfulness. The experiential journey and processes will help participants significantly elevate their capabilities of engaging, inspiring and motivating the people and organizations they lead. This exclusive and unique program has been crafted to help participants enhance their executive presence and gravitas which would help multiplying manifold their leadership impact and influence. The leadership program is targeted at senior leaders and entrepreneurs with P&L responsibility and/or leading large teams.

The program additionally will provide with concepts and aids to help participants create or calibrate the strategies to drive and promote communication, engagement and high-performance culture in the organizations they lead. The participants will also get the support of a Xaltem executive coach post the retreat in their efforts of implementing the strategies.

The learning journey commences with a self-discovery phase wherein the participants go through curated reflective exercises and instruments. The Xaltem master facilitator would support and enable in the discovery process over a personalized connect. The leaders will also be enabled with diagnostic tools to assess their organizations on specific design elements specifically linked to their organizations’ communication, collaboration, and existing culture. The next phase is the leadership retreat wherein the participants are exposed to a deep immersive experience through a curated process that enables in introspection, reflection, and realization.

We promise discovery of and unravelling blind spots and unknown areas of personality. The process will also help participants design a plan that helps in enhancing the ability to overcome leadership burnout, stress while being centered and purposefully calm. The participants will be enabled with cutting edge concepts and strategy aids backed by contemporary research that will help them recalibrate the design elements of their organizations to drive communication, collaboration, and a high-performance culture. The post leadership retreat phase of the program enables the participants with the support of a senior executive coach to help them implement and drive the planned strategies and desired outcomes.
