The ask from leadership is to lead their teams through these uncertain times and ensure the teams remain engaged, upskilling and reskilling themselves in an agile manner, and create and drive a culture of high performance and change resilience. It is imperative that leaders are equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes to be able to lead high performance teams.
The “Leading others – Building High Performance Teams” is a program which is designed to equip leaders with the navigational skills and tools to lead themselves and their teams through change and turn uncertainties into significant opportunities. The program is targeted at mid-senior level of leadership, who would have at least one layer of people managers as their direct reports.

The design and delivery is curated with an industry agnostic approach. The learning journey can also be customized for specific organizations and teams on demand. The program has a blended learning approach which combines instructor led workshops with self-directed e-content and action learning application plans. Participants are exposed to contemporary theories and practices on change leadership evoking reflection and application in the context of a case simulation in the workshops. The participants also would be exposed to psychometric reports to help them raise self-awareness and reflection.
