The program also comes with curated psychometric instruments that enable raising self-awareness and reflection along with one-on-one instruments debrief session with a Xaltem coach. Our promise is you will be able to gain meaningful insights and outcomes from the program that can propel you in your transformation journey. It is also important to recognize that the one-day program is the beginning of a journey and not a destination by itself. During the program the facilitators would guide you with the self-discovery process and also enable you with concepts and tools to gain insights and to form an action plan to navigate the transformation journey.

Xaltem also provides post program support options which can help you remain steadfast and overcome potential challenges which may try to derail you. The post program support includes access to curated content and nudges and reinforcements through our learning app to help you retain focus and motivation.
