Learning & Facilitation Mastery” is a one of its kind learning program and is appropriate for those who want to grow as Learning & Development domain experts, leaders and facilitators. The 8 weeklong learning certification journey addresses all the capabilities of great learning leaders and facilitators – learning strategy, learning design, and learning facilitation. The program is unique in its holistic coverage and scope and promises unparalleled learning experience and outcomes.

The program commences with a self-discovery phase – high levels of self-awareness and the ability to be authentic and vulnerable are critical attributes of great learning leaders and facilitators. In the pre-session phase, the participants will be exposed to curated selection of psychometric instruments and tools that facilitate self-discovery through introspection and reflection. The participants will also be eligible for a one-on-one debrief call with a Xaltem facilitator to understand the implications of the scores in the context of learning and facilitation.

In the next phase the participants will be enabled with concepts, techniques, and tools to appreciate an organization’s (case study based) context, diagnose the key organization elements and dysfunctions, and thereafter design a winning learning strategy.

The subsequent segment will cover instructional design capability. The participants will be able to appreciate and learn to apply key learning theories and associated concepts and frameworks in the context of the organizational case study they have been working with. The application-based learning methodology will enable appreciation of conceptual frameworks in learning the “how to apply” vs just knowing “what is” in terms of the learning theories. There is also an optional e-content authoring tool certification for those who want to master e-content creation.

The next phase covers learning and process facilitation capabilities. Under learning facilitation segment the participants learn concepts, skills, and techniques of learning facilitation both in in-person and virtual settings. As current or aspiring learning leaders, process facilitation capabilities can be a great strength in your roles as well as while designing and facilitating interventions. This phase will also expose and prepare participants to use key process facilitation techniques and tools. This phase will also enable participants to ample practice opportunities to apply their learnt concepts and techniques and receive feedback. Learning & Facilitation Mastery is a certification program. The participants are required to select, work, and complete an action learning project during the program journey to become eligible for certification. The final phase of the learning journey includes presentation of the action learning projects by the participants and receive feedback. Successful completion of the program also enables willing and proficient participants to get empaneled with Xaltem as a learning facilitator.
