For those who are looking at becoming a great public speaker who can mesmerize the audience with speeches that engage, inspire and motivate, and have a lasting impact on the audience, this is the program to enroll for.

“Public Speaking Mastery” can give participants a great start to their aspiration of becoming a world class speaker. The program promises to equip participants with concepts, tools and techniques and lots of practice opportunities to significantly enhance their confidence and skills of public speaking. The enrollment to the program requires participants to have a minimum A2 level of English language proficiency as per CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

This unique program has a 6 week-long journey which will help participants build confidence, learn strategies and techniques of speechcraft, and build skills of delivering a great speech. The blended learning journey enable participants with access to live sessions, integrated self-directed learning content,

and a live practice platform. During the journey, beginning of each week, the participants are exposed to concepts and insights through a live webinar by the Xaltem communication coach. During the week, micro learning content would be launched and be available through the Xaltem learning app. The practice platform is made live towards the end of each week wherein participants practice their speeches building in the concepts learnt during the week.

Preparations and practice are key success factors in the making of a great speaker. And hence Dale Carnegie once said – “only the prepared speaker deserves to be confident”. The practice platform has been built in the design of the program to help participants practice in a safe and fun environment. The platform promotes learning through feedback from the facilitator and peer learners and the engagement is driven by gamification and fun elements. The participants will be eligible for certification at the end of the learning journey after successful completion of the required learning credits and milestones.
